"if you have a pet don’t even bother staying here. I stayed here a couple of weekends due to traveling down to ga for a family emergency. It’s the most "decent" hotel in Suwanee for the price. For my last reservation,they refused to let me check in, without explanation. I'm assuming it's because my 2 year old dog barked at a manager. Pet friendly? Lol they're a joke. God forbid your DOG barks while being on a leash outside, they will literally threaten you to "control" your dog or they will kick you out. Privacy? They don't know what that is. The whole staff and their grandmas live on the property and don't know what privacy is and will stink up the hallway with their cooking but complain about you smoking in a smoking room. You will never get the room you booked,they will put you in a total different room and be rude about it. All the bedsheets have burn holes, pillows are hard. The rooms are humid, I'm surprised i didn't see any mold to be honest or maybe they just paint over it. The only decent manager is the youngest one, the rest of management are rude grumpy old men, racist and not friendly, if you don't like your job/home then maybe move out of your job...literally. The only good thing about this place is the housekeepers, they are god sent and i hope they find a better establishment to work at."

"Awesome experience! After another hotel charged our card and cancelled our reservation, my husband I were stuck finding a place to sleep that was in our budget. We ended up here at 3am desperate for any place to get a few hours of sleep. We were blown away with the level of customer service we received from the person at the front desk. He is an amazing human being that treated me with kindness and patience. It is your typical cheap motel with cheap furniture (you get what you pay for ya know so have realistic expectations), but the the whole property seems really well maintained and very clean. The lobby is really cute. I wish I had taken a picture. There was absolutely no sign of any bugs...yay! The bed was very comfortable and the room was immaculately clean. I also loved that the housekeeping staff didn't bang on the door every ten minutes starting at 830 am like I have had at other places. And they were very friendly. 10/10 I would stay again."

"We just checked in here, the lobby is nice and clean. Room is spacious and large size TV is perfect. Cracker Barrel is right next door, Outback is half a block behind the motel, with other food options. This is honestly the best Motel 6 we've ever visited."
