"Management is top-notch. Willing to assist in making residents feel welcome and appreciated. Loads of events offered for a great community feel. Ty Starks is a wonderful community leader. All the renovations are coming along nicely since IRT Living added this property to their portfolio. Negatives. Gates have worked for a total of 48 days in the 5 years we've been there. Preventative pest service doesn't exist. Valet trash service cannot be relied upon (vendor's fault). Anything else is a minor inconvenience and you'll find in most apartment complexes."

"I’ve been living here since July 2023. When I came to do the tour in May 2023, I fell in love with the renovated units and the community. I was supposed to move in June since the contract at my previous apartments was over but these guys moved my moving date for like a month and I had to pay for storage and also paid double for a moving truck because my unit was not ready. I was told that the GYM and the Office were going to be renovated as well and that they were even going to build a rock climbing wall. I was also told that by the day I moved in, all of that would be done and ready to use. I am writing this review on January 29, 2024, and the gym, office, and climbing wall are still in just words. Late December I got an email saying that the gym and office were going to be done by January 29th, (today) and I just got another email saying that that ain’t happening, and now a new “tentative date” is mid-February but is not a secure date. This is unacceptable, my rent has been the same, and I’ve been paying for something I can’t even use for the last 7 months. I’m seriously annoyed by this situation."

"This property is an absolute joke. If I could, I’d give them 0 stars. Ty the property manager has the worst attitude when it comes to communicating with residents. I’ve heard many complaints from my neighbors in the past about her poor communication skills and and how she tends to create random rules to manipulate the lease agreement to justify her argument at the time and now I’m seeing it for myself first hand. I can’t wait for my lease to end so that I can relocate. I’ll never recommend anyone to this property! Also, I have contacted IRT Corporate Office several times to complain about my experience and the poor customer service that I’ve received from this property and they have yet to respond. I have been staying here for almost 3 years and is very disappointed in the direction that this property is headed. If you’re thinking about moving here. Please consider my words of advice and DON’T DO IT!!!"
