Holiday Inn Express & Suites Atlanta-Johns Creek, an IHG Hotel

"Customer Service was Excellent from from General Manager, Jatin to Michael Dien to night/day staff, to the Breakfast Attendants everyone with whom we came in contact. Michael went Above and Beyond!!! The Breakfast was good, attendants were prompt, kind, professional and attentive. Area was clean and neat!!!"

"Whole host of problems at my recent stay. The room we were first put in smelled like sweat and we had to get a different room. The different room didn't have any hot water running, we asked for a different room and the staff moved us back into the smelly room(if it's smelling why move us back there?). And worst of all there were BED BUGS and ANTS crawling all over my bed when I woke up in the morning! Never going here again, don't waste any money (we spent $130 and night) for such unsanitary conditions. Not expected from a Holiday Inn. Edit: Was refunded for my stay."

"This hotel is really good. The location is wonderfully peaceful, and the staff is top-notch, with a special shout-out to the breakfast lady who made our mornings extra special. The recent renovation is evident in the clean and comfortable rooms, and those fluffy beds guarantee a great night's sleep. Highly recommended!"

"The worst option for a stay. On the first night I kept feeling something in the bed. The next night I was able to find what it was BEDBUGS! I recorded the little critters crawling across the sheets and went to the front desk. While they did apologize for the additional guest and placed us in a new room, we notice we left our phone charger in the room in our hastened escape. My husband asked the don't desk to allow him to go back to grab it only to be informed that he will have to wait until the morning to reenter the infested room. Fast forward to the next morning, We do as instructed only to find that the room has been already prepared for the next guest! If you are in this area and in need of a stay, just sleep in your car. I assure you will be better off."

"I'm disappointed because the room wasn't what I asked. I called and told them I was running late and I wanted to make wheelchair accessible room available. She said yes get there it's not the correct room." I'm glad I brought his shower chair if not we would've had a problem. I like Holiday inn Express but their accommodation for wheelchair customer is not good. you only have two wheelchair accessible rooms throughout the hotel??.. well this is the second time this has happened I'm contacting corporate!"
