Springdale Glen Apartments

"I have seen so many people tour the vacant apartments recently. I must leave a review. I am a current resident in building 3837. There have been continuous ROACHES and WATER LEAKS between ALL 3 FLOORS since I moved here in 2022. Other residents of surrounding buildings have told 3837 tenants that this building is KNOWN to have issue. SHAME on the office staff for moving people into this building knowing that it is UNSAFE and UNSANITARY. There are children, elderly, and other vulnerable tenants in this building. You have taken peoples money knowing this fact. SHAME ON EACH OF YOU."

"Called one morning to schedule a tour that same day. I asked if I could come in at 5, they said it was fine and sent me a confirmation email as well. I get there at 5 just for them to say that they stopped doing tours at 4:30 due to daylight savings. No one bothered to call/email/text to tell me this at any point between 9am when i scheduled the appointment and when I got there at 5 after driving 30 minutes to get there."

"The worst place ever, they increase the monthly payment with no reason and if you ask they just say if you don’t pay you will get an extra fee next month. I left that place and pay until the last dollar requested and 3 months late then wanted more for the stove the counter top in the kitchen because it was deteriorated from using it for 2 years and I know that I was not the only one who had this happen and the only explanation was rude, unprofessional, if you don't pay we will see you in court. They charged me for everything worn out for the regular use of the apartment maybe they wanted to that will live there but not use it? It was stupid, be careful whoever arrives at that place, they will offer you flowers and you will be deceived."

"When I sat down with Lauren (leasing consultant), I had no real expectations because my circumstances were complicated to say the least! But after explaining everything, Lauren got to work! She explained the new program that Springdale Glen has to help future residents like myself, I literally cried. Lauren’s ability to provide the best resolution is amazing! She understood my limitations and never promised me anything that couldn’t be delivered based on my situation. Excellent customer service, with a smile! I qualified for an apartment and will happily be moving in this month! Also Xavier did an awesome job. He arrived early and did an excellent job of fixing whatever we needed fix. Apartment B."
