"I was told on Monday that there was no availability AFTER I processed an application. After I was told there was no availability, you STILL proceed to run my credit. How does that work? How do you process an application with no availability?!?!?!! I see why people in the reviews are saying this place has nothing, but crooks! I had no issue with their being no availability. I started looking elsewhere, but if there was no availability, you should have refunded my application and never ran my credit. THAT MAKES NO SENSE. Then, you all have the nerve not to answer the phone. I will be blowing your phone up to speak to management."

"This used to be an amazing apartment and very peaceful until more crimes started happening here. A Nepali woman was drunk and fell down the stairs and died and no one noticed till next morning. I do have many many amazing memories here but the place has changed a lot. When me and my friends went there to explore because of our memories, this group of men were following us with their car and when we went to the other side of the apartment they pulled up and talked to us and we ran. It was scary, they stared at us when reversing their car towards us. Please be careful moving here as there are many things that happen here."

"Unprofessional Management and the lady in front is very rude and disrespectful. Please take the photos of apartment before you contract with them because they do not put their hands on anything despite their trashy apartments. I have had very bad experience with this people. They will blame on you for everything and take out money for when you cancel the lease."

"The pictures of the complex on the website are deceiving. People hang their cloths to dry all over the place even on the grass. There are kitchen tables and couches outside on the curb. They have been completing construction since before I moved into my townhouse in August. I have seen dead roaches in my bathroom and in my kitchen and I am a clean person. No one speaks English. The apartments are not kept up they are terrible. I would have never moved into these apartments if I wasn't in a rush to find a place they are disgusting."
