"This apartment is Z BLOCK dangerous block to much shooting"
"Dangerous place, liquor store across draws problematic people. Hispanic guy from maintenance who always wear bucket hat is hostile to residents, drives fast in parking lot and has been almost cause an accident several times. Children play around and he not care. Some maintenance workers are residents and they act like owners placing cones in unreserved parking spots. Administration does nothing."
"No maintenance,a lot of trash not taking care of customers now this time the mail center Ms closed Al most a month,we are worried about time sensitive letters.when we ask the office the said collect your mails on Saturday.I never saw such appointment in Atlanta please!!!!!!!"
"This place is trash! I lived there and I had rats and roaches when I first moved in there. Maintenence did nothing to help. Shooting all around the corner and so many homeless people and kidnappers. Do not recommend!!"
