"I was at the leading office and watched Daniel handle a customer issue so gracefully and making sure that they understood the instructions without making them feel insulted. I think this is am example of good customer service."
"This was me and my girlfriends first apartment. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy! Roach infestation, trash everywhere , maintenance don’t do they job just ride around on the phone on the golf Carts , it’s suppose to be a little dog community and they be having big ol horse size dogs off leash and wondering , the leasing office is the nicest part of the whole complex and that’s where they will fool you , nobodies apartment looks like the leasing office ! Plus the leasing office is never open and when it is it’s all new staff because the staff is either stealing rent checks or simply just not doing what they suppose to . DONT MOVE HERE UNLESS IT IS THE LAST PLACE TO GO !"
"The maintenance manager over heard our conversation with Kaliya the office manager and immediately asked the issue and fixed it in no time. That was absolutely top of the line service. I truly appreciate for making sure the maintenance issue are solved."
"1 star! If you don’t listen to any other review listen to this one. I had a 15 month lease and got of of it in 3 months. Bc the apartment was TRASH. The office staff has changed 4 times since August. The new staff members didn’t even know we were moving out. The apartments are not clean. Roaches!!!! Roaches!! Roaches!! The staff don’t half know what they are talking about. The water in these apartments are so gross. Please look at the filter I posted. The filter was WHITE when I purchased it. Look how grey it is after two weeks. It’s not worth the money. Save yourself time as the staff that’s in there now will be gone by December. Also as residents save your reviews bc the person responding doesn’t even work for them anymore. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the staff is nice. (I gave two stars at first until Karen Cole left an old email address under this review. She hasn’t been with Cushman & Wakefield since 2015 according to the automated message). DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!! BUG! BUGS! BUGS! But Cushman & Wakefield should be ashamed of this property. I have only been a resident for 3 weeks and 4 days and I will say I do not foresee us signing another lease. Maintenance has been to my apartment at least twice a week since I’ve moved in. I had neighbors to move in above me a week after I did and immediately the roaches began to come into my apartment. I reached out to the leasing office to have pest control to com down. They have only been once. I asked if they could reach out to the resident above me to see if they to get pest control to come and spray upstairs and they told me they are unable to do that. I’m pretty sure no one in the leasing office would want to live with roaches but apparently I’m supposed to be subjected to that in case the resident doesn’t want someone in their home. So your other residents are having to suffer and live with bugs and roaches. When I moved in I didn’t even have a doorknob on my door. This is a “renovated” unit but you can tell it’s basically just paint, carpet and new floors. Because who paints the tub with paint ??????? Like the tubs are bubbling up with air bubbles from the paint. I guess we are getting “what we pay for”. I also had mold on my ceiling in one of the bedrooms that they just came and painted over. So not sure how safe that is to just paint over mold. And not take care of the actual mold problem. So I urge you to find another apartment complex. I know the rent prices are ridiculous everywhere but you will end up paying more in the end if you move into Mirador."
"The maintenance staff is amazing, however, the quality of this place is horrible. In our short stay, we experienced the following - Roaches and centipedes - Malfunctioning A/C - Sloppy painting, which was even on the hardwood floors - Musty odor, likely from mold - Several outlets not working upon arrival - The outlets that did work were loose - Ceiling vents missing screws - Insecure mailbox - Air filter wasn't replaced upon our arrival - Bathroom rod fell off - Front door handle loose and in poor condition - Fire alarm missing a battery upon arrival - Gas stove not working - Water tank hasn't been replaced since 1991 and didn't have proper coverage over heater's flame which produced fumes and is a fire hazard. The price is renter-friendly but the condition of everything is extremely poor."
