"If you like your sanity I suggest not moving here. Lived here for two years had nothing but issues. Biggest issues was the bugs and rats, the don’t treat the apartments so it’s nothing but bugs. You constantly hear rats in your walls and my cat has caught three in our apartment. Maintenance doesn’t do anything, I had holes in my ceiling and two major leaks and nothing was done. Don’t forget about the constant shootings that happen and rent still continues to climb. It also doesn’t help having a bunch of foreigners and their children who don’t respect the property and ruin other peoples stuff. I’ve had constant issue with the kids and their parents don’t do anything. I’d rather go homeless than ever live in those apartments ever again. If I could give 0 or negative stars I would."

"It's rat invested and the apartment management will tell you they have the same problem in phase 1 and yes there are phase 1 and 2 I thought I was moving in the picture you c but no I was put in phase 2 which nothing like the pic jus beware"

"Really bad infestation issues I killed a great deal of rats and had mold under the sink in our apartment they never renovated our apartment like they were supposed to do but they hike up the rent anyway I had my car broken into my car was hit in the parking lot and our apartment was even hit by a car smh DO NOT LIVE HERE"

"Worst Community Ever....I moved there in 2022 of Nov... The next week, we catching rats..(big ones) My unit in 10E was infested with them. You also could smell and hear the rats running around in the walls...I ended breaking my lease 4 months later after catching 4 rats. Leasing office did little about the situation.They should be called Rat 1000....My whole experience was horrible, and had the nerve to ask for rent. After being there 2 months in, I discovered rat traps up under the stove, which they never mentioned before signing the lease. So when I called up there to complain or confirm, they pretended like they didn't know anything. They didn't even deserve that one star....Don't do it...."

"First of all these apartments are extremely cheap and that is OK but they are also rat in roach infested and the manager Brande is extremely rude story time: I was on bedrest from the time I was six months (dec 2021) up until my six weeks was over (April 2022) did not have any source of income (self employed) I was in contact with Ms Maria THE ENTIRE TIME about my funds and she was perfect and understanding… I was waiting on rental assistance the rent finally got paid and they were overpaid by two months (MAY AND JUNE 2022) so upon finding out they were over paid I called them and spoke to Brande she was extremely rude I did not get rude or hostile with her I proceed to tell her that they were over paid and she starts with a attitude then starts yelling “you were not over paid we don’t owe you anything you left the apartment damaged” first of all the apartment was already trash I stay there for a year and six months it was basic wear in tear on the apartment… no it was not in tiptop shape but neither was you guys service there was mold in my apartment (with twins and school aged kids), there were wires hanging out my utility room, AC would stop working throughout the summertime, my heat would not get hot, the windows are poorly installed, there are holes under the cabinets and rats and possums were in and out of my apartment and I contacted you guys several times and told you about the infestation and you guys had pest control come and spray for a rat infestation problem!!! there were roaches so bad the foreigners around there are extremely nasty/filthy the apartments need to be torn down completely"
