"Lots of Maintenance issues! In the summer my air conditioner leaks and about once every 3 week I find a Spot in front of the air conditioner that is absolutely saturated and I have to call them to come fix it. Also, you Can only have heat or air-conditioning, but not both. If it gets cold enough that you need the heat, you have to call them to come turn the heat on and a few days when it warms up you have to call them to turn the air conditioner back on… It’s pretty ridiculous. I feel like they have to turn the water off like once every couple of months for some kind of maintenance issue and you don’t have water all day. On a positive note, customer service has gotten much better since they have a new person in the office. They still have issues with record keeping. When I renewed my lease, they called every couple of days for like a month, asking me for something that I had already given them."

"I have lived at this complex for 6 plus years and enjoyed my stay. The complex is a beautiful estate, the maintence staff is helpful and timely if needed. I love the fitness center and safe community environment. This would make a great location for anyone to live ."

"This community is very fair and will go above to work with you on rental obstacles. I’ve been here almost 10 years as my daughter grows into an adult. The newer management team led by Ms. Deborah is awesome compared to the prior team. While every community has its issues, this one at least shows empathy about their tenants. Good job Regency Square!"
