"If I had the option to give 0 stars, I would do that. You’re paying about $1800 a month, for a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cheap interior apartment. Some parts are incomplete, and broken. If something doesn’t work or is broken, goodluck the management of the apartments is a mess. You try calling the office and usually no one picks up and once you do get into contact they either say there gonna work on it (which they won’t), or say they are fully booked and you would have to wait until someone can come fix it. They do inspections regularly like 1-4 times a year, and they would come in your apartment and take photos to show to the owner. If you ain’t up to their standards they will ask you to leave. There were employees that use to work with the apartment, and honestly helped the tenants, but they are gone. There tenants moving out after 4-5 months. If you’re looking for apartments in the chamblee area, avoid this place ! It is not worth your rent money !"
