"This place is not luxurious at all. It’s more of like refurbished projects. Leaks all throughout the hallways, people allowed to decorate the hallways with cheap hobby lobby designs, More trash in garage than the chutes, Garage doors broken to make it unsafe, Office is impossible to get ahold of, The pool is dirty & closed majority of time & more like a prison yard with security, No concierge, & you might come home to your apartment unlocked due to maintenance randomly doing work in your apartment with no warning or heads up. This place is like a motel 6. Do not sign a lease here if you’re looking for luxury."

"I've only visited this property a couple of times, but each time has been an amazing & pleasant experience. The location is very convenient for walking/shopping and Huge Screen TV in the pool area is a MAJOR plus! Look forward to seeing more of this community in the future."

"I came in to view a unit on Saturday morning. When I walked in the leasing agent at the time was on the phone with a friend, as I was walking up she told the friend to hold on and placed her phone down. She did not place her phone on mute or none of that so she proceeded to ask me how can she help me. After answering her questions while putting my info in the system she asked for, her friend was still on the phone which I thought was so unprofessional. She was able to hear personal info and all. I felt so uncomfortable. As I was walking out I could hear her friend speak out something containing to me. If this is how you handle all others this is so wrong. I don’t want to look at no unit now and I feel disrespected period. This was just not acceptable at all. Plus my information was compromised."
