"Gardens at Chamblee is a family oriented oriented community with neighbors and management that have worked hard to welcome us (resident since April of 2023) They deliver our mail when delivered to the leasing office, pass out free lunches to the children during the summer season, engage in landscaping activities recently and the surrounding stores make it easy to get food and household items needed for the home. What more can you ask?"

"Where to begin. I've seen 3 owner/management changes while being here and all worse than the one before. It's always incredibly difficult to get in contact with management. The interior have mold issues. There are always treats of outrageous fines to "better" the community. Even though the buildings are in mediocre condition. Also management continues to show a complete lack of tenant privacy. 24 hr notice letting tenant know you'll be entering their residence would be nice. Unfortunately under every management change this doesn't seem to be a concern. Showing up and entering whenever they see fit to. Property and community is average at best but management is just absolutely horrid. For a 2 bedroom with mold issues and so many appliances failures that management won't fix, costing nearly 2k. You're better off renting a house with more rooms and more bathrooms. Skip this property if you're looking to rent. Save your money, go literally anywhere else. Not worth it."
