"I love living at Cortland North Brookhaven! I just signed my third lease because there is no other complex in which I would prefer to live. The location is extremely convenient with many close services and businesses and easy access to major roads and interstates, but those are not the main things that make Cortland North Brookhaven a great place to live. The entire staff is outstanding, including the property managers, leasing agents, and maintenance staff. They are always friendly, professional, and know residents by name. Interesting and fun activities are planned for residents monthly or more often. All of the staff quickly address any concerns and maintenance requests are handled within hours or less. Cortland North Brookhaven is a safe, gated community. Residents are respectful and quiet which provides a comfortable environment. The complex is very well maintained and attractive. The grounds are meticulously manicured. Cortland North Brookhaven offers a wide variety of unique floor plans which feel more like a home than the typical square box layouts seen in most complexes. My apartment has interior arches, crown molding, a large walk-in closet, pantry, large laundry room, and a spacious patio with a roomy attached storage room. Cortland North Brookhaven has excellent amenities including a community room, beautiful pool, large well-equipped gym, a dog park, and coffee is always available to residents in the leasing office. In addition to all these great amenities, we are very close to the Chamblee Rail Trail which can be accessed from the property. If you are looking for a safe, beautifully maintained property with an outstanding staff in a convenient location, Cortland North Brookhaven can’t be surpassed. It’s a great place to live!"
