Nora 3200

"I have been here for 3 years. Three different management changes and the maintenance has not improved. Everyone is nice and friendly and that's cool but the maintenance is horrible. My place has flooded three times. The first time, I received prompt service, the other two times, I had to wait at least three days for a response. The air conditioner goes out every summer and it takes weeks to get fixed. Now leaking pipes for over a month. Friendly staff does not excuse the bad maintenance service."

Things on the property have gotten significantly better since Quala became the property manager. She is excellent at her job, professional, and highly concerned with providing the best living experience possible. She is COMPASSIONATE and KIND to residents which is not something that is easy to find. I would highly recommend living at Nora 3200. Previous review: Good place to live. Front office staff responsive to requests. Nice upgrades. Safe community and friendly residents."
