"I will be visiting in the kind town of Newnan on July 13 and 19th looking for a good home; I hoping this will be the place for me to enjoying my retirement, I hope they have good activities too! After living there for only six months all the office could do is talk about rent being risen from $915 to $1006 and after living there for eight months the new manager and company tricked me into signing a new lease by telling me that, "All residents have to sign a new lease since management companies have changed!""

"We are residents here in Wisteria Gardens, Newnan, since October 2020. At first we had a challenge because of some absentees of a manager in the office. Things got lost in translation with the manager filling it. He got things all straighten out and we have been just fine. We too read the reviews and was hesitant. But let me reassure you it is a great place to live. The team here are respectful and do what there are charge to do. I have never in counter any loud, abusive or disrespectful comments or conversation with Jamal, Amy or Jay. They have been more than helpful with our transition from a home to apartment living. Please come and check this place out for yourself. Clean, safe and everything you need for quality living. Since living here I realize there a few people who whish to make life maskable for our management team by constantly complaining and yes, writing bad reviews. Do not always believe what you read. Some of the reviews are fake and meant to harm. I feel sorry for those who wish to remain here and make life a headache for all. But they are easily afforded and you can pick them out of the crowd. Long review but honest."

"I feel very "bait and switched" This property has so many amenities that look nice when you come to visit but make no mistake, you wont be able to enjoy them. That nice "sports bar" you see when you come in, note there is no sound. We have to read captions to even know the news.. I am in and out of this building at all hours though being a ride share driver and never ever have i ever seen drug use period. That is a gross exaggeration by people that want things the way they want them. Sadly they are getting what they want there's no life in here anymore. UPDATE!!!!: In response to the response to my post, there were tons of complaints made about no sound on TVs and the ridiculous curfew imposed on grown people but to no avail until recently. The rent was increased and all of the sudden we have sound again and no curfew. This is a great improvement and has done wonders for moral around here I must say. I am a little nervous as to whether this will be short lived and we lose it all again, but here is hoping the improvements are here to stay!!"

"I definitely do not advise if you are looking for a place that you are wanting your elderly parent to half piece to find a home here. My parent hasn't had nothing but trouble since she has moved in here there has been flooding problems in each unit that is not being addressed to the point where they have black mold growing in the facility. Also the main major at the front does not a dress any problems what so ever whether it includes flooding but definitely not anything to do with problems with high noise problems they keep elderly people awake all night long as well as people that are not supposed to be living on the property that are under age are living there and being snuck in and the property management wants nothing to do with the fact that this is happening. Cops as well as other people have been notified and this will go way over the head of everyone else. Please if you want your parents to have peaceful living do not do not let them come here"
