"The staff is very rude. We had a clean room, never trashed the room, we just had dirty towels and a messed up bed. Well the guy decided to keep our deposit and after he kept our deposit he said we weren’t allowed back at the premises. Because we weren’t leaving until we got our deposit back especially if there was no reason to keep it. They are trying to scam and get over the price of the room was $70 after taxes and fees but he charged us $95"

"Stayed here while spending a night in Atlanta. $60 dollars for a room on a Saturday night was amazing for the quality of service that I received. The woman who worked the evening shift was extremely friendly and offered me my choice in room locations that were available. The bed was extremely comfortable, the pillows were super soft and fluffy, the shower was super hot and big enough for a 6'3" guy like me to to be comfortable in, and the AC in the room worked great. Will be returning if I ever need a place to crash after hanging out in downtown ATL again."

"This place was great! The room was clean, it wasn't very noisy, and they were very accommodating! We booked to stay between September 30th and October 6th. We are from Ohio and my car broke down on the last night of our stay and they worked with us to give us the best rate they could to extend our stay. My mom went up every day multiple times a day for coffee and had a great time with every desk clerk. The only issue I had was that the main entrance to the hotel is a very steep incline which threw me off the first few times I had to enter and exit. That can't really be helped but just a good tip to new patrons. Also i smelled weed outside but as soon as I got in the room the smell was gone!"
