"I just want to say that this was one of the most beautiful communities I’ve ever had the pleasure of touring. The staff was amazing, kind, and quick to answer any questions I had. Specifically, the manager Leighanna was extremely helpful and sold me on the property. I finally feel that I found a place in which I can truly call home, something I’ve never really had before. 10/10, I would recommend! 5 stars simply isn’t enough to describe this beautiful property, the great communication, and the helpful staff! I can’t wait to start my lease!"

"LeighAnna and her staff go above and beyond to give prospective tenants and current tenants the services needed to live comfortably and enjoy apartment living. The property is well kept, and I understand when there are services that are contracted and outsourced to other vendors that are not being completed or up to par. When this occurs, I inform LeighAnna or other staff and they are prompt to find a remedy. I have loved living here and would recommend it to anyone who is looking."

"When you visit this community ONLY ask for OLYMPIA the assistant manager. The new leasing agent Andrelle is extremely rude and the new property, Leigh Ann, doesn’t know anything and doesn’t solve issues. The maintenance team is great! The old team of Kristin, Ashley, and Olympia were amazing. But this new staff needs to get it together. Olympia is always welcoming with a smile on her face and patient and gets things done! She has been out of the office for the past couple of months but we can’t wait for her return! The property used to be so beautiful and clean, gates worked, etc but now it has gone down. I hope the manager steps it up and get this place back to how it was."

"THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! This is how rats and roaches start to infest the property. There is no reason I should go and take my trash out and walk out to a JUNKYARD. Not only did I not get to take out my trash but to see such a mess piled up is unacceptable. These apartments are WAY TOO expensive to keep having problems arise on the property. FOR STARTERS! The gate is always broke or out of service. The breeze ways and stairs are always dirty, I pay more in rent than most people mortgages, there is no reason these buildings shouldn’t be pressure washed at least once a month for HOW EXPENSIVE IT IS TO LIVE HERE. Valet trash is mandatory but somehow my trash has still been left there multiple times since living here. I follow the procedures and guidelines however, things are not handled correctly or with a sense of urgency here. All Gates needs to be fixed including pedestrian entry gates which continue to be propped opened because they will not close due to it being broken. Care about the tenants that live here, don’t just take our money and don’t provide quality service."

"Currently rent 1BR unit apartment here - and have been moved in for the last month. Prior to leasing, Olympia gave me a tour of the place. I had a million questions - and she answered every single of them. The community is nice and quiet with tons of amenities - nice walking trails, pet friendly, valet garbage service, plenty of apartment options, a pool, clubhouse, package locker system etc. Just prior to move-in day, both Ashley and Olympia did a phenomenal job of explaining the process to me for both move-in day and post move-in. Overall a great experience, beautiful community and exemplary staff. (seriously, Olympia is a saint!)"
