"This is the everything works ok hotel and the description of unfussy is accurate. Nothing fancy but it is clear management has worked very hard to keep the place up and defended from people that destroy everything they touch. They only offer maid service every other day. There was a few things wrong but I was able to mitigate them. The front desk staff was very friendly. Price was reasonable and again the thing that impressed me most is the place wasn't tore up like other hotels on the south side of Atlanta. I will be back."

"When we arrived, our sink in the room was full of mud. Maybe they snaked it. The front dest immediately moved us. This is In a great location for everything. MATRESS N PILLOWS where not up to Hampton standards. That was a let down, never had a bad night before. Food at 9 am was a bit cold both days. Maybe if they put out a microwave."

"Room smells like a wet basement and smell is very strong. Thermostat is broken and A/C is stuck on. Room is cold, which I like but whole carpet is damp and under A/C is wet. Found 2 hairs and crumbs on my sheets. There's small holes in the wall and latch for closet door is missing. They're sold out so I couldn't change rooms. They gave me a discount and sent a guy up to spray fabreez but didn't help at all. Seems like maintenance is lacking. For the price I paid I expected better."

Upon entering the room, I immediately detected a lingering musty odor reminiscent of prolonged closure. The individual manning the reception desk displayed a high level of regret and assured me that they would document my concerns for managerial review. Additionally, they kindly inquired if I desired a room change, to which I politely declined and instead informed them of my intention to purchase an air freshener for the current room and carpets look old and dingy. Prior to retiring for the evening, I meticulously examined the bed linens, meticulously pulling them back in search of any potential indications of the presence of bed bugs. To my utter astonishment, I discovered that the mattress cover exhibited conspicuous blood stains, in addition to displaying a visibly unappealing, unsanitary, and aged appearance. Upon arrival, I promptly proceeded to the front desk where I presented the video evidence. Subsequently, the staff member promptly facilitated my relocation to an alternative room. However, prior to accepting the offered accommodation, I meticulously inspected the bed linens, which were found to be in satisfactory condition. Having previously experienced a stay at this establishment and thoroughly enjoying it, I am astounded by the rapid deterioration of hotel rooms when proper maintenance and cleanliness protocols are neglected."
