"I paid for room on choice app 2 days before and when I arrived the manager would not give me my room that I already payed for because my license says I live under 30 miles away. (Hotel Policy) He seemed to enjoy telling me. There were plenty of available rooms which made it strange. Horrible experience and I hope that jerk gets his. I will never stay here again. Racism crossed my mind. I hope one day he comes in my store and I will treat him like a P.O.S. Just like he did to me."

"I guess this place was okay , I was visiting family for the holidays and decided to stay here since it’s closer to my family. However when I got here , the room look average. There were stains on the bed and some of the room didn’t look clean . The TV as well was completely purple despite me trying to turn the brightness on high."

"No clean rooms were available for our reserved 3pm booking. After traveling all day we had to wait in the parking lot for another 30 minutes. Downsized us from a queen to a double bed because of this. I joked about maybe upgrading me but they only cared about downsizing my already paid for queen size bed. No luggage carts available at any point due to people hoarding them. They locked out room keys BEFORE the 11am checkout. Pretty annoying. The AC was locked. Had to use the master override switch to get it functioning (just remove the panel) the entire wall was cracked maybe foundation damage? (see pic) The 1 good thing I can say is you can open the rooms window. Which you don't see much anymore. It's sad when the window opening is the only good point of the stay Not sure how they fabricated the 4+ star reviews"

"I booked a room for myself and my boys to just have a break from LIFE. However, after a issue with me booking through a 3 party site, I called the Hotel and the manager was BEYOND rude to me and kept saying that my problem is not his issue. I asked for a refund and he told me that he will not give me one at all even if the 3 party site said if the hotel is willing to cancel the reservation we will refund you. I have never experienced such an unprofessional, rude and disrespectful manager a day in my life. I called back to ask for their names and of course he refuse to give me the correct name. I end up being charge for somewhere I never stayed. I really hope they change their management team."
