"Book in for a week paired in cash had a family emergency and was told that they couldn't refund money with out the manager on site they called text I had to set around for over three hours just to get money back. And that was on the next day after I had to leave. Had to come back got here at 6:30am and now still setting and it's 10:20am. Still nothing"

"I went to this red roof inn with my mom from 12/11/2023-01/04/2024. At first things appeared to be ok. Normal motel stuff I guess , until I woke up the next morning to absolutely no kinda of breakfast not even coffee as stated on there website.. The front desk people were nice (2 gentleman) and the female was quite. (All Indian family) I assume. Also stated there was paid laundry which didn't exist and they removed all vending machines shortly after our arrival. There are allot of extended stay people in there but they don't offer any other service to those paying people. No clean towels or sheets or even trash removal. Now I did make a few friends there and one of them was the Head housekeeper Tonya and her boyfriend Kenyata (also housekeeping) they were the best part of staying there. Really amazing folks. Now let's get to today 1/4/24 12:20p I was going to pay for another night so we didn't have to drive at night but that quite lady I spoke of at the front desk decides to call me and yell at me and tell me to leave after I had already made arrangements to pay between 4/5 p. So needless to say she ruined the whole stay and then got told about herself before I left. I'm not rude on purpose but if you make me be rude than watch out. I wouldn't recommend staying here soley on the way I was treated today .. ."

"Shady characters throughout the parking lot and in the hallway corridors. Room smelled of stale cigarettes and bad life decisions. Felt like I needed to sanitize my whole body after leaving this hotel. Would not recommend 0/10"

"This has to be one of worst hotel that I have ever been. The room smell like wet dog and cigarettes. The carpet was disgusting and please don’t make me start with the restroom. The valve trim was completely out from the wall and almost impossible to start the water. Definitely not recommended ANYONE to stay here. The only good thing is the location."
