"Roaches!! Big, small, medium Plus other bugs. Spiders, catapillars, snakes. This place is the worst. There's nothing management can do about all the crawlies either because its an infestation from the inside. I have done so much work on my unit myself to minimize the roaches entering but still!! They're literally everywhere all year long."

"I would like to share my bad experience after living here for 6 months so you don’t have to make the same mistake as I did after 2 weeks of moving in my grill was stolen from my patio and that means that this place is not safe at all. Right now i have a leak coming out of the ceiling in my living room and mold growing and spreading all over the ceiling and i have a huge hole in my bedroom that has been there for over 3 months. Also, the sink garbage disposal is broken so I can’t use my kitchen. Whenever it rains the living room and the bathroom gets flooded with water and i will attach pictures to show everything I’ve been experiencing for the last few months. After submitting my maintenance requests to fix my apartment they sent a guy who took pictures and never showed up again. My apartment is literally falling apart and no one cares at all. However when I accidentally forgot a trash bag in front of my apartment for one day they charged with $75 for leaving it there. They are very good at taking pictures only but absolutely not doing any work. Please don’t ever think to move here because it’s a nightmare."

"These apartments are absolutely terrible. They have a rule where you can’t have anything in your front yard or you’ll be charged, but they can have the trash looking like this ? Absolutely disgusting. They charge for pest control and I haven’t seen anyone come in my apartment for that. There’s roaches everywhere the more I try to clean, I can’t get rid of them. For anyone I recommend, don’t come here."

"Worst experience I ever had living in an apartment and it wasn’t because of the staff, it was because of the roaches. I had never in my life seen as many before. They were coming out the ceiling by the light but they were EVERYWHERE; in the fridge as well. I hated living there because I couldn’t enjoy it. No matter how clean and how much you would try to kill them they weren’t stopping. I couldn’t even let me child crawl on the floor because one could be on the floor at any given time."
