"Possibly looking to relocate for my husband's job, so we've been looking at properties around Forsyth County. Had the pleasure of touring this facility. Everybody in the office was so friendly and helpful and they have some really great amenities their pool area is insane and looks like it's going to be the perfect spot for summer! It's so refreshing to be greeted with smiles and positive attitudes because a lot of places treated us like we were annoying them because we wanted a tour or we had questions. If the treatment of their residence long-term is anything like the way they treat their potential tenants then even though it sounds cheesy I would definitely say that everybody gets treated like family. If we do end up having to relocate this is definitely my first choice!"

"My tour at The Statesman was awesome. The staff are all smiles and very helpful. Goodness, the pool is like a resort and the gym is huge. I can't believe they have a Starbucks Cafe and dog spa. Not used to these amenities in a apartment community. Feels fancy. The apartments they showed me are beautiful and very modern. I look forward moving in and can't wait. Thank you for a great experience!!!"

"Such a beautiful property! Clean, very well kept. The buildings have great character, modern. The amenities are impressive from the pool to the Starbucks bar. Love the feeling of being in the mountains, but the convenience of living in the city. Tons of resturants and shopping minutes away."

"Absolutely beautiful property. Grounds are very well kept up and the amenities are awesome. Lounge area, Cafe and huge gym. The new staff is very nice and maintenance guys are seen working about and available. I love having a elevator in our building when toating groceries and packages. Very convenient to 400 and plenty shops/restaurants in the area. Oh, and they have a dog spa!!"

"In my opinion, not a great place. Not necessarily the management but more on the residents. Trash everywhere. People put out their trash constantly during non-pickup times. They may get a fine but never a violation of their lease so really incentive to follow the rules. Stains on the ground and walls from people leaving out their trash. Dog poop all over, and people are constantly walking their dogs off the leash. Being across from a query is hurting the foundation, only a year old and obvious cracks with nails visibly protruding through the walls. Residents don't follow club house rules, only 2 guests per apartment at the clubhouse/pool, that is constantly broken. Even when management sends out reminders, residents still do it. Its those parties that make the pool less fun and clubhouse not enjoable. Free coffee and supplies get stolen or trashed. Residents blare music on their phone or off the TV in the gym. I was almost hit several times by other cars. Half of the ground is pinestraw, the other half are dead plants or grass, and two big fields over grown with weeds and dirt, not great for a new complex. And a lot of smokers for a none smoking complex, which they toss their cigarette buds all over."
