If anything needs fixing it always gets fixed in a timely manner. It’s just been everything you can ask for as a tenant. 5/5!"

"Just spent a half hour with Caroline, Leasing Agent and Laura, Community Manager!! We've lived here since August 2023 and been so happy with our experience so far. My husband lost his keys and they were able to replace them in less than ten minutes. We went and checked out a townhouse just to explore and loved it! My favorite community area is the giant swing across from the pool area and the view from the open upstairs deck area (photos included). The only drawback we've seen has been parking at times. The lot usually stays full during the weekend and clears out during the weekdays for work and errands. If you run errands at odd times, chances are you'll come back to a good spot!"

"So I always want to wait a few months before writing a review because a lot can change between move in and halfway through your lease. Now that I am six months into living at the property I can say that it has been a pleasure living here. The apartments have been spectacular, with little to no issues with heating/cooling, plumbing, electrical, appliances, etc. The maintenance staff has been amazing the couple times I've needed them. I'll be honest, I haven't used the amenities much, but they're all so nice and well maintained. Most of all, the leasing staff is incredible. Caroline helped my wife and I when we were moving in and she was so friendly and welcoming. She made the whole move-in process so smooth and easy. The complex recently changed management and Laura, the new Community Manager, is delightful. She talked with my wife and I for thirty minutes or so just answering our questions, cracking jokes, and asking us about our experience here. The second that I heard there was a job opening at the leasing center I wanted to apply. If you are thinking about this community and you've got other communities in mind, forget them. This place is awesome."
