"I have lived here going on 3 years. Everything was pretty fine until they started working on our ceiling October 18th, 2023. They opened up our ceiling, so that they can fix the pipelines due to potential flooding and problems with the sprinklers. A month passes by after them saying that it was going to be fixed by this time and still NO work had been done. They kept giving us a date after date, but still no one came. It began to go onto month 2! & our ceiling was STILL open! The holes covered up in cheap plastic and falling down, causing ventilation to fall on my appliances, my sheets and my NEW furniture that I kept trying to push back because I’m thinking they would have fixed it by now. They credited $200 off for those two months, but this is FAR from an $1100 dollar apartment considering my ceiling is GONE, I can hear my neighbors and being left to live in a construction zone!! The rental property refuses to compensate us more for being in these living conditions and it’s UNACCEPTABLE!! THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY AND DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS. IT IS NOW MONTH 3 AND THEY ARE JUST NOW GETTING TO FIXING THE CEILING WITH LITTLE TO NO ACTUAL COMPENSATION!! DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT RENTING HERE!! ONCE MY LEASE IS UP, I AM NOT GIVING THIS PLACE ANOTHER YEAR!"

"I have lived here going on 6 years now and the management has changed many times and consistently sucks. The maintenance team slaps bandaids on every issue and I still have many issues with my apartment that were never resolved. The most important thing Id like to add is the literal TRASH they allow to be thrown into the woods. People here clearly are not considerate and the apartment complex told me they were aware of someone throwing trash but hadn’t even attempted to clean it up nor have they tried to make an announcement regarding the situation. As I write this review the trash still sits there and is increasing by the day. Unfortunately the photo shown doesn’t even show all of the garbage. Do yourself a favor and choose a complex that 1) cares about the living conditions of its residents and 2) gives the TINIEST bit of consideration for the environment we ALL live in. DO BETTER"

"AVOID THIS COMPLEX!! You're seeing recent good reviews because the complex sends out a mass emails to its residents stating that if you print out a good review and bring it to the office, you'll be entered into a raffle to win a prize (visa gift card). Just check out the reviews before the last few. This place is the SLUMS. I lived for MONTHS without AC, with a newborn. After 2 months they came in with a window unit that barely worked. I was let out of my lease 1 month early due to all of the issues in my apartment. I was given my new move out date BY THEM (which was only a month away), only for them to turn around afterwards and say that I didn't give them a letter stating my move out date - so I got hit with over 3k in fees that they sent straight to collections. I almost went to building code enforcement, but the ladies in the front office acted like they were going to help me out. Jokes on me though and I should have just turned them in. Everything is cheap. Cabinet doors falling off, the floor to my kitchen was caving in, the deck was crumbling. They're the "slap a new coat of paint on it" type of complex and will hit you with fees any way they can once you're packed up and gone."
