"I'm trying to rent an apartment but the lady in the office is very bad, they should change her. Previously, she was a very kind and respectful person, now it's not the same, too bad."

"Gwana will steal your money. Any pet deposit you put down will not be refunded when you leave. She will make excuses and blame your pet for minor issues that had to be replaced anyway. We had leaking windows for 3.5 years which caused carpet mildew. She blames it on the pet and will not refund your money. Lease at your own peril. Heads up."

"Literally just don’t even bother. I usually don’t write reviews but this is the worst experience I’ve had applying to an apartment. It’s giving scam! I submitted my application 1/23/23 and it’s 3/1/23 and still nothing. The office manager Natalia was very rude the entire experience. She literally called us once asking for information. I had to call her every other time to check on the status of our application and every time I called she asked for something different. I emailed her several times and she did not respond to one email. Over the phone she was very condescending even hung up on me while trying to ask her a question about my application. I called back no answer. Then without any notice she leaves for 2 weeks on vacation at this point I call the property management company who has no record that I even applied in January for an apartment. they called and said they could process the application but I just want my money back at this point because I don’t feel comfortable living there with an office manager like this. But they tell me I have to wait for her to come back from vacation to even possibly get my money back."

"I filled out an application spoke to a guy for 2 weeks. Was told my apartment would be ready for move in September 4th . Was sent an email that I was approved. Was sent the login to the portal and even had a balance. Day before the 4th and my appointment to see the apartment I was mysteriously told by a woman that they decided to go with somebody else that had a better credit score. Was told the guy I had been speaking to had been sent to another location. It was clearly she was lying and have my apartment to a family member or friend. Also they tell you they are in the same office and never answer. He admitted they are not in it after."
