"We moved in middle of October and have so many maintenance requests. The water was shut off twice due to emergency. One of the times it was for 24 hours and all they did was send an email saying it would be back on soon. We've been without heat for weeks because our furnace keeps going out and they've come to fix it several times but it continues to go out. It just needs to be replaced at this point. We are currently without heat and it is 26 degrees outside and we have a 1 year old in the house. It's very frustrating because we have been extremely patient despite the circumstances. We have tried to be understanding but at this point it's just frustrating, especially having a baby in the house and it being freezing outside. We had a sprinkler leak and they came to fix it and said they'd be back to paint the wall once the water dried... That was over 2 weeks ago and no on has been back. We were very excited to live here but being only 3 months in and having this many unresolved issues is disappointing. Our move in process was awful. The apartment wasn't ready the day they said it would be. We had to extend our time at the previous place because of that and we only found out because we called to inform them we were on our way. When we finally did get the keys they told us we can't use our bath tub for 48 hours because they just painted it. They informed us that we shouldn't stay in the apartment because of the fumes and us having a baby. Like who does that??? We had already paid rent for that day and now you're saying we can't stay here? Mind you we had just moved states so we had a uhaul full of stuff and nowhere to go. I wish I could say better things but I just can't. I never wanted to leave this review but with the heat issue now happening with freezing temperatures outside, I would hate for someone else to try and come live here only to be left cold and disappointed like we have. I will say, there was a bug/roach issue when we moved in and with a request for spraying, they did take care of that."
"This apartment is closed to Atlanta. The rent price is good. All staff are kind and nice ~~ !!"
"I was in desperate need to find a suitable apartment for myself! I was able to contact the property and had an amazing conversation with Rhonda! She let me know everything I needed to know and more about what the property has to offer! I am excited to say that this will be my new home! Amazing staff!"
"Do Not Live Here! I lived on the bottom floor apt 7512 and 23 apartments were effected by flooding. Staff doesn’t help accommodate you when stuff like this happens. We had to go to the city and other people went to the news station to report this issue. Looks great living here but when things start messing up in your apartment, it gets swept under the rug and the staff only cares about themselves."
"I’ll just be blunt and to the point… First off -12/10 for the overall experience. When you start your application process, you’ll quickly realize that they mistake the renter’s application for those who are BUYING a house. It’s unbelievable the amount of verifications they have you go through. The leasing office never has its affairs in order. It’s ran by one person and one person alone (Vanessa), she’s the only person who deserves some respect as she’s just doing her job and trying to accommodate for everyone and everything. However there’s other temps that float though that are awful professionals (more down below) When it comes the landlords themselves… absolute scumbags (surprise surprise). They don’t care how high your rent is or how loyal of a tenet you are, they will not go out there way to PROPERLY fix even the most VITAL issues. The most recent example (8/28-8/30-2023) was a flooding. Not only was my unit severely flooded but virtually every unit that exists on the bottom floor of any building here. Upon speaking to the “leasing office staff” which was a temp that’s replaced every other week, it seems like. I was immediately responded to with a major attitude and a statement somewhere along the lines of “your unit was only affected in your bedroom. So all that will be done is a vacuum dry of that bedroom’s carpet.” (Please refer to my uploaded media to understand why that statement is quite a joke and 100% false.) Also keep in mind that this “employee” hadn’t even seen my unit. Eventually, someone from a professional company was sent to deal with the flooding issue. I immediately asked what they were ASSIGNED to do and he essentially proceeded to tell me that they were just supposed to take care of the carpeted areas (the bedrooms). This is the landlords way of doing the cheapest fix to make it seem like they did something productive. There was no Moisture Meter involved in this process to test the entire unit including the walls/baseboards to see how much water seeped through, henceforth causing a major mold issue. Even though I rose this concern to the landlords attention face-to-face!!!! This place sucks. Straight up… don’t move here."
