"I made an appointment online on Sunday and had it confirmed the next day. I then proceeded to receive a reminder email two hours before the start of the appointment. Expecting to have the chance to view the community, I had to leave work early and drive across the county in terrible traffic to make it. However, upon arrival, I found out that not only was I unable to have this appointment, but that the office was completely closed (over 30 minutes before the posted time). Not only was it closed, it wasn't supposed to open again until 10am the next morning (a full hour after the posted time). I immediately called and left a message, and also called multiple times during the posted business hours the next day only to have not a single person answer the phone. So they have not only ocompletely wasted my time and effort, but fully ignored all attempts of communication and only sent an email several hours after close. The only indication of a person working there that I have had is that email from a LaTanya Harrison. If this is how they treat a prospective resident, who knows what garbage the actual ones have to deal with."

"I have live in this complex for 12 years and I have my ups and down depending on the management. They have always had a serious maintenance issue. They expect one person to handle the whole complex. Then I have mention the trash compactor that is a hot mess so I cannot have visitors over. It's just too embarrassing. Now no AC they gave installed a window unit till it can be replaced after the holiday. I pay too much money for my apartment not too be comfortable. Unhappy resident. Do not let the name fool you. This is not the vinings !!"

"Lived here for 15 months and place was pretty well taken care although the interiors are pretty aged. Then staff changes seemed to result in property degrading quickly. I recently moved into 1 bedroom and what they called "ready for move in" was horrible. Was not cleaned, full of cockroaches and many repairs needed. I regret renewing with this place. While some staff seems to want to help, it still doesn't result in things getting done. Maybe not enough staff to take care of place and they seem to be letting it go. Pool was closed for half the Summer, Trash frequently overflowing and two evenings in past week I've been outside and have seen rats ... large rats.. around my building. Disgusting and scary. The setting of the complex is pretty and they could be nice if they were taken care of. Pictures are of condition of my apartment after being inspected for my move in."
