"Roaches roaches and more roaches. The plumbing was bad as well.....every time I would turn the bath tub on, the water would come out brown and then clear up. Maintenance was on point though if something broke or fell apart, like the whole underside of my sink for instance. And it wasn't even metal pipes, it was plastic, all plastic. Their pest control is horrible as well. Not to mention there are people on drugs that like to walk all through the property as well. They did however let me break my lease because I am 8 1/2 months pregnant and my daughter was not about to live in a roach infested apartment where the roaches are so bold that they will climb up your mattress, onto you. No matter how clean your place is, no matter how much you bleach, and no matter how much you lay down traps and bomb the place, they still find a way to infest your home. Not to mention I ended up paying the last months rent twice because at the end of the day all they care about is getting rent from you. They don't care if you already paid it, don't care if you can't find your reciept to prove it. I would say in my own opinion, don't move here unless this is your last last last resort. It was so horrible for me I basically had a breakdown and panic attack and I'm super pregnant. Never again. My friends ask me if there are apartments available I say yes and then let them know my situation. I was told there were no roaches at all. I was lied to. And I let my friends know as well. They will not be moving into these apartments and not to mention when I did move in, I had to literally clean the doors in the hallway, my bedroom, and my unborn child's bedroom because there was saw dust everywhere. The bathtub was horribly painted and rough to where I had to put a bath mat down so it wouldn't scrape the bottom of my feet. I am very much glad I am leaving. There is no way I would have my daughter grow up in that kind of environment. The last thing I need is a roach climbing onto her."
