"The location of the hotel was the only good thing about it. We checked in Thurs night and room was clean but had a weird moldy smell. Left Friday for a funeral, came back and we couldn’t get into our room, it was like someone tried to break in. The key card light would turn green but the door wouldn’t budge. Asked front desk for help and she told my husband to push on the door really hard. Needless to say that didn’t work. She didn’t have a clue about it and there was no maintenance person there at 630 on a Friday night. She said she called him and he couldn’t come until 1030!!! All our clothes, diapers, phone chargers, snacks, toddler toys, night time medicine were all left in the room. She said well I can give you a new room. Okay great but what about our stuff?? 1045 rolls around and still no help. Finally at just about 11 the night clerk came in and found some tools and got the door open. We moved our stuff to the other room they gave us to sit in. It smelled even worse, the fridge was gross and had beer and left over stuff in it. The microwave was burning anything out in it for more than 30 seconds, the tv didn’t have all the channels. The plug in the desk didn’t work. I could really go on and on about it. Then come the end of our stay the elevators kept going out and the first person we made aware of not being able to get into our room didn’t even file a report! The over night lady had to do it. And they only took $30 off of the bill because some how they were able to rent out the room for the night so they were like oh well I guess.go somewhere else cause the customer service really sucks and the rooms aren’t that great."

"I was here for 5 days for my brothers wedding, and had to change rooms twice. The first room wasn’t clean. It was dusty, the shower walls had black stains high up on the walls. Just not what we paid for. Since it was about midnight when we checked in we didn’t bother going back to change rooms. I woke up, and I wasn’t going to worry about asking for a room change until I used the restroom…. the toilet pressure sucked SO BAD! Needless to say when my guest had to number two he had to flush about 8 times (I stopped counting after 8). We changed rooms. Later on that day we found ants in the cracks of our bathroom. A loooot of ants. And my guest and I are very clean. No food anywhere. Good hygiene. We changed rooms again. The last room was okay except the sink in the bathroom had no hot water, but the shower did. The staff walks in on you. They don’t knock. They just walk right in. Overall I could’ve had a much better stay. Front desk staff was nice."
