"Do not rent from this place. The gates don’t even work which could be a problem if people are private with people just showing up to their homes. What’s the purpose of you paying for something that you can’t even use. The pool has never been opened, stating they were waiting on an inspection which now doesn’t matter because it’s winter. The laundry rooms are filthy who wants to wash their clothes in this matter. It’s always trash outside the trash area that we also pay for trash fees for. This place is a rip off and just wants you money and not to fix anything. The manager David is rude and does not care about any of these residence. The clubhouse that is supposed to be open to the residence he makes the children exit the office. David will say he is going to send contractors out to fix problems but no one ever shows until it’s constant visits to the rental office. It shows all they want is money because I told them if anyone was not at my house to fix the problems I have I was not paying rent and I was taking them to court, the next day the contractor was out and fixed the issue temporarily now it’s back to the same problem and so called waiting on someone to come to my apartment this is day 2. Will not be renewing a lease here."

"Constant leaking coming through my bathroom ceiling. Maintenance came and cut a hole in the ceiling and left. Now water have stretched from my bathroom to my bedroom and closet area. Call the office about the water spread . No one saw it as urgent. Water has been leaking from my ceiling for three days, tomorrow July 1st will make fours days. DO NOT MOVE HERE. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT RENT. Update 09/13/2023 . Hole still in bathroom ceiling from a leak. Maintenance never returned to fix it. No matter how times I have complained. Still not fix. Currently still experiencing a leak. Bedroom carpet is wet , water in hallway, carpet in closet is wet . Called emergency maintenance several times. They never responded. 12/10/2023 Clearly they are not fixing the root of the problem. They simply give it a temporary fix. Water is leaking from my bathroom ceiling in more than one place. I called emergency maintenance. It’s says leave your message after the tone. I never heard a tone. I couldn’t even leave a message. I attempted several times. Please think twice before moving here."

"This place has had horrible management since I’ve been here! And they’ve been bought out twice, so three different companies have been over this complex. Maintenance always takes weeks or months to fix a problem after putting in a work order. Three tenants in my building have moved out recently and I’m about to be the fourth! There are gnats galore they get in through the cracks in the doors and windows and they like to get in the fridge because it’s old and has cracks in it as well, it also leaks water! They haven’t fixed my dishwasher since I’ve been here for a year and a half! The cabinets are always loose and falling apart. My thermostat is never working correctly either. My sink is always falling apart! There are roaches galore and I’ve had a rat in my apartment. The pest control that they charge you monthly for does nothing! My dogs have gotten fleas from the dogs park twice and they’ve only sent one person since my whole entire stay to spray for pest inside and he looked sketchy so I didn’t let him in. They have been over charging me for water the last water bill they tacked on they charged me $123 for water and sweet and I don’t use that much water I’m only one person! Every month the charge is higher and I’ve initially stopped using as much water to see if they’d still be charging so much and they still were! I lived in a 7 bedroom house before this and my bill was not over $100 I’m very conservative they are just ripping people off! And the gate doesn’t work but in the lease it says you pay for having the gate! The apartment entryways are always dirty and some smell. The trash is always much and they piled up and over flowing. I tried countless time to move into another apartment and they refused to move me after a lot of appliances in my apartment started to not work. They claimed that someone was moving into the said apartment I asked to be in but no one moved into the apartment when they said it’s still empty. I decided to move to a nice place because of this and they tacked a termination fee onto my rent this month and not my last month which was very inconvenient and weird in my opinion because I don’t move until the end of December! I’ve always paid my rent on time faithfully and this past month my payment was made but apparently for some reason the charge reversed and I wasn’t aware. They put a notice on my door that they’re out a warrant out for my arrest if I didn’t make a payment that day and they put the notice on my door around 12:30. I didn’t get home to see the note until 7pm after everything was closed on 11/10 a federal reserved holiday! I made the payment immediately the next morning but they didn’t take the charge off of my account which could result in more fees for me to pay and unnecessary court actions that could’ve been resolved with a phone call! Again I’ve never paid my rent late ever in my life and I got confirmation that the payment was made on the first, so I wasn’t aware that the charge reversed until I got a note on my door saying that they were going to put a WARRANT out for my arrest. I called to ask why would they do that instead of calling to say my payment reversed she said oh it’s just policy because your late 6 days. My payment wasn’t late at first granted it reversed but to immediately go that far is beyond me! If you need a quick cheap place to live go ahead and apply but YOU will have problems! I’m Sure like me people have had multiple problems since being here but since finding a good place to live is hard many don’t have a choice, if you can find somewhere else! I don’t recommend! They’ve recently added a $300 charge to my account for my dogs which are emotional support animals and I believe it’s in retaliation to my review!"

"I am soooo thankful for the reviews. I visited today inquiring about 3/4 bedroom. The gate was broken as everyone else stated. Honestly, when I pulled in I was like OH OK! It looks good from the outside. I spoke with a sweet young lady in the office. She answered my questions and was ready to give me the key for the demo apartment. I opted to return Monday and see the 3 bedroom. I will not be returning Monday! My daughter is allergic to roaches (trust me I was shocked when our allergist tested her for everything) so that’s a definite no. I read reviews from 5/6 years ago with the same complaints as now ROACHES, MOLD, BROKEN APPLIANCES, GARBAGE, MAINTENANCE HORRIBLE AND SO MUCH MORE! Thanks for the heads up! GREATLY APPRECIATED"

"We’ve lived here since June of this year and can’t wait till our lease is over. They made the apartments exterior look so nice as well as the furnished mode unit.. it’s all a cover up of lies. The roaches when we first moved in was actually disgustingly crazy. We have a “renovated” unit that has holes and gaps in the trims of walls (where roaches come in from). The hallways to enter your apartment are severely unkept and disgusting, filled with trash and dirt that you essentially bring into your apartment. They turn off the water any time someone is working in one of the apartments in your building with no notice!! It’s happened 3 times this week alone. The maintenance takes FOREVER unless you call everyday to insist on them fixing the issues. The pool has been closed since before we moved in, they say they’re “waiting for the inspection to open it” but it’s seriously been months and now winter is coming so you’re paying just for the view of an empty pool. Overall, the price is cheaper than other apartments out there for a reason.. it’s cheap and unkept. Go elsewhere and save yourself from being annoyingly frustrated."
