"February 2024 Finally our lease is ending and I’m so ready to get out of here! The staff is a joke and the apartment isn’t worth anything. They make fake promises of fixing things and charge ridiculous fees. Believe all the bad reviews you read! September 2023 Response to property manager: If these problems persist, we will not even consider renewing our lease. I don’t want to have a conversation about all my concerns, I just want our maintenance tickets to be handled in a timely manner and things to be truest fixed. It’s exhausting to keep submitted tickets for things that we’re supposed to be “fixed” already. If you're in the midst of your apartment search, keep looking! Pricing may be slightly better here but its not worth the constant maintenance issues. My bathroom mirror has water rot and was supposed to have it replaced, then request was reject after moving in. Things are constantly broken. We haven't had a working dishwasher in over 2 months, our laundry room door has fallen off twice. Most recently, we had a full on ant infestation in our kitchen, having to through away tons of food. Called asking for pest control to come and was told they only came on Mondays so had to buy products to handle myself. These are the outstanding issues, not to mention the previous ones. Its been a new problem pretty month every few weeks since moving in at the end of January. There never seems to be enough maintenance staff to handle things in a timely manner. Rent cost is too high to live like this."
"This apartment complex is a scam. Before applying I was told the only requirement was that I need to make 3 times the rent. After applying and paying a $100 application fee plus an additional $150 admin fee I received and email an hour later saying i was denied due to inaccurate civil court history, high collection items on my credit and lied saying I had insufficient income to support rent. I make well over 3 times the rent and have a 650 credit score. They really should not charge people an admin fee. It’s unfair and wrong. Do not apply here."
"Many amenities promised, but since living here we have experienced many broken amenities. The gym was vandalized and not accessible for at least a month. The gates have been broken 50% of the time. On site staff members tell you they will follow up with you when you go in to discuss any issues, they take down your unit number. But they never follow up, they just say this to make you go away. I've never received one phone call from on site staff. The community laundry room was out for at least four months and I'm still not sure if it's up and running again. No formal updates have ever been sent out even though I was told by many staff members they would let me know when it was up and running again. We do not have an in unit washer and dryer. I've gotten so used to doing laundry at my parent's house and an outside laundry mat at this point? which is a pain to do. The grills they have at the pool look nice but they were broken last time we checked (all last summer). I wouldn't say this has been a five star experience. Having on site staff who actually care about the current residents would help immensely. Maybe they don't get paid enough to care, who knows, but that's what it seems like. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings (3/1/23) We have since moved out. I had to fight them tooth and nail to remove all these extra late payment charges, because I removed my auto pay for our monthly payment on the 1st of the month right before we moved out (our move out date was mid month). They didn't post the payments on their portal on the 1st or send any communications out to us that they were late in posting rent. Naturally, I thought, well, it's a weird payment, half-month, maybe we pay this when turning in our keys? No, a day before our move out date, one of the staff members (I was told it wasn't the manager but the person right below the manager) called me and my husband, and told us we were being evicted!? The staff member then told me to calm down and that she was hanging up on me. Well, I think anyone would be upset in this situation. What!? We had never been late or missed a payment and were moving out the next day. I checked the portal shortly after and the amount we owed was even wrong, they were trying to charge us for the whole month!! Glad I removed auto pay.. We are not made of money, not many people are and those extra fees they were trying to charge us would have depleted so much of our savings. We were already paying a mortgage and a rent payment for 3 months in a row because we purchased our very first house 4 months prior and were trying to do our best to be upstanding citizens. Unacceptable behavior from one of your staff members. Maybe that staff member needs to check someone's history of payment for the last 11 months before scaring them into a false eviction. Never received an apology from that staff member for her unacceptable behavior. Not to mention, I sent them an email 4 months or so before our lease ended through the portal, letting them know we would not be renewing our lease, and they tried to keep us in the lease and tell us we had to wait another 90 days basically because they claimed they never received that communication from me. However, I know they got the email... Why would a property management company have an internal portal that sends messages to space? Anyways... Perhaps when they are sending out virtual lease renewals they can include an option to terminate, which prompts the resident and management company to set a move out meeting. You shouldn't be given the option to renew virtually and no option to terminate virtually—makes no sense. Worst leasing experience. Sadly the location and community itself has a lot of potential. The management company just needs to make sure their amenities are not constantly broken and have staff on site who treat you well if you're a paying resident. The community has a lot of potential, but needs to be run better."
"The community has good amenities and I like the quality of my apartment. The granite countertops and kitchen appliances are very nice. I enjoy the space and the walk in closets are also very nice. The bathrooms have good storage space and are good quality. A couple issues I have experienced are struggling to reach the office staff and getting my work orders completed. I had a work order that I waited weeks on getting fixed. I called multiple times and was always told it'd get fixed within the week and it did not happen until a week after my third call to the office. That was frustrating. I also didn't appreciate the rent increase when I renewed my lease. Other than that, it's a pretty good place to live."
"This place is probably the worst apartment you could lease. DO NOT MOVE HERE I REPEAT DO NOOOOOT. We had a broken toilet for 2 weeks that we only got fixed because I called and went into their office multiple times myself. I still have a rusted sink that the property manager said they would replace and that has yet to happen after being here for almost 2 months. The leasing office won’t answer you, maintenance won’t fix anything (we’ve had to fix multiple things ourselves), and the unit was in awful shape. Save yourself the grief and don’t move here, it’s not worth it. I was blinded by a deal on our 2 bed 2 bath and now am paying for it. I’ve already decided that I don’t want to renew this lease and my first one has barely started."
