"Very poorly run application process. I found the location to be perfect so I wanted to lock down a unit. Ultimately was approved, but because the leasing staff member Emoney Cooper lacked the professionalism to communicate requests appropriately I ended up being charged $250, even though I was approved for the unit. If the requests were not met, it is unclear why I was still charged. Thankfully, I can wait the 30 days to retrieve the funds but I write this so others can avoid being taken advantage of by MAA. I would stay away from this complex as there is clearly some shady business practices happening and the staff lacks any true knowledge or professionalism on how to treat prospective tenants."

I’ve lived in two different units on this property and I have been happy with both my units and the agents in the leasing office. Most maintenance requests have been taken care of same day or no later than next day. When I asked for an apartment with a patio the move was smooth and seamless even though I was very undecided and kept changing my mind about which apartment I wanted to occupy. The leasing staff was only patient and helpful."
