"This place has RATS/ROACHES/LIZARDS. The roaches are pinky length the rats are 4+ inches long. My experience here was unbearable. Drunken tenants on right side and domestic violence on left side. Management was totally dismissive of the above issues. I kept complaining of the roaches and rats I recieved a notice of lease non renewal. I wasn't going to renew lease anyway. This complex is run down and a disgust. Please dont move here. This place is a rip off."

"Cobberstone Apartment on Pat Mel Road in Marietta. The worst place to live they have rats roaches is really bad maintenance. Do not answer their phone call at all they do not fix the place to live in situation. Another big problem is they have plumbing problems in the apartment everyone apartment have issue with plumbing problem, and when you call the office, they do not answer the phone are when they finally answer you they have attitude regarding the problem you’re trying to report to them. They quit to put paper at your door for late rent payment but not quick to fix the problem in your apartment . And most of their apartment people complain with their hot water heater. We have a problem with heat AC and mold throughout the whole house. Worst place to live."

"Honestly move here at your own risk. When we first moved in our freezer didn’t keep things cold at all, we had an issue with our floor and when the people came to fix it the man never knocked on the door just continuously tried to open the door as if he were an intruder. The walls in our bathroom have started peeling for the whatever reason. And our downstairs toilet has broken twice now. And not to mention the fact our AC is broken again for probably the 3rd time. And the first time it was in the summer and the heat CONSTANTLY ran, when I contacted the apartment because our bill was $90 more than normal they ignored all 3-4 of my emails so if you’re expecting them to give you a credit or help lower the price they definitely won’t do that. Definitely not sure if my husband and I are going to stay here for another year, but who knows MAYBE they’ll get better"

"After being misplaced due to COVID-19 my family and I are actively seeking a safe, comfortable place to call home. I've called this complex nothing less than 10 times a day. I've left voicemails on several occasions. I've yet to receive a return call. I mentioned this complex to my colleague and she laughed saying" good luck with that". I wanted to experience it on my own. However there's no one in the office to ever answer the phones. This is unacceptable for a place of business. I'm giving it second thoughts, maybe I should listen to my colleague."

"This is definitely THE WORST apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. It’s is EXTREMELY ROACH INFESTED. Just disgusting. No matter how many times I roach bomb my unit the roaches were always around. I had to throw my microwave away bc they were literally inside of it. Management is poor , the office always has an attitude. Nothing is ever fixed. I lived here bc I really needed a place to stay and completely forgot to read the reviews. If you see this place, RUN AWAY!!!"
