"I can't say enough positive things about Jackie Taylor! I highly recommend her. She helped us purchase a home and six years later, sell the home. Both experiences were PHENOMENAL. She is very knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. She is funny and down to earth making it feel more like she is family. We interviewed a lot of realtors before we found Jackie and always walked away with an "icky" vibe. Our decision to go with her did not disappoint! "Renter Beware! I would emphatically warn you again doing business with Austin Patrick and Associates. During my dealings with them there have been multiple instances where they have been incompetent in doing their jobs. The most recent situation involved me not having a working refrigerator in the rented property for a week. I got online and found one that could be delivered within 48 hrs of my notifying them of the problem. Their employee could not figure out how to make the same happen so I lived here for a week without being able to store cold/frozen food and drinks. And they are also agreeing with the landlord on not compensating me for my time & trouble with a rent credit. If they will do it to me they will do the same to you so look somewhere else for a rental property and not one offered by this unprofessional group. Also beware that some of the positive reviews for them are from their very own employees - what a scam they all are."
