"Our experience was great the whole time we lived here and we had a good relationship with them. Unfortunately, right after we moved out they changed management. As a result, our security deposit was illegally withheld for 4+ months without any explanation and when I contacted them about it, Rhonda Rochester threatened to "reopen" the case and add on hundreds of dollars in fake damages in an attempt to intimidate us. Obviously this is illegal. I had to send them a demand letter before they finally conceded and sent us our money. They either need to get rid of Rhonda or send her to be retrained on basic real estate law, she is a huge liability to the company. I worry about some of the other tenants here that might not know their rights. Especially those with disabilities who might be more vulnerable in these types of situations. **Do not let them intimidate you into giving up your security deposit** 1. They must return your security deposit within 30 days after your lease ends. 2. A complete, itemized list of all damages must be provided to the tenants. If the list is not provided, the landlord forfeits all rights to use any amount of the security deposit. 3. If the landlord does not return your deposit within the timeframe provided they will be required to pay three times the amount withheld."

"I cannot say enough about this complex. Understanding and kind staff. Quiet and kind neighbors, quick responding maintenance, I could go on and on. Ronda and Amy are so lovely to speak with. Always down to answer any questions or concerns. So grateful we found this place to be our home!!"
"Just visited. It looks good and clean. Staff is kind. They have elevators."
"EDIT: A manager reached out to us and was very respectful and updated us on the air problem. We received some credit towards rent and Elizabeth handled it in a very professional way. As I stated, these things are out of their control for the most part and they did a great job communicating and helping us. We have lived here for over 3 years. A new company took over and is under new management as of about 2 years ago. We have had nothing but problems. The dishwasher hasnt been operable and was told it couldnt be fixed. The fire alarm goes off about once a month. The elevator has been down easily 5+ times for extended periods of time. The bugs run rampant, particularly roaches. The maintenance crew seems to try their best however and are nice people. The biggest issue is that our AC has stopped working THREE separate occasions, and we have been given a window unit that does not cool the entire apartment. In the lease it states "Air conditioning repairs are not emergencies." You are still required to pay rent in full even if the AC is not working, according to the lease. Please tell me how not having AC in 90 degree heat, "is not an emergency". They did so to cover their butts because they are consistantly wheeling AC units in and out. If you value staying cool, i would look elsewhere. We are not the only people who have AC problems as we personally know two other people's apartments that had their AC not working properly. I find it evil to put in the lease that "AC is not an emergency" and you have to pay rent in full, even when it is 90 degrees outside. If you need to find out more, just read the rest of the reviews people have left. They speak volumes. The staff is friendly however, these things are out of their control."
