"I would have to say that this complex deserves a 0 star rating. Since we have moved in we have had many issues with the office & maintenance people. To start we were rushed to pick an apartment since there were only two available at the time of move in and there was showings scheduled after us. Once we moved in our apartment was very dirty, pieces of carpet was missing in guest bedroom, window seals were chewed up in main bedroom, both showers in our apartment did not drain, balcony door did not lock & screen door fell off, and both toilet flooded into the floor and we were told it would not be fixed until 5 days later, all within 1.5 weeks of move in date. Once it was time for rent to be paid we were charged several extra fees that were not listed in lease nor communicated with us prior to moving in, when i contacted office to ask about these charges, the lady was very rude and not helpful. After a few months of living here we were contacted by some friends that on of the maintenance people had given out our names & descriptions when they came to pick a boat up from the back lot by our building. We have had several run in with the bald skinny maintained dude who has been very rude to us on every occasion. He once came to our apartment with the sprinkler company and beat on our door and rang our ring doorbell camera multiple times after I had let them know to give me a second as I was putting our dog up so she would not have been in the way of them working. Once he inside he was very rude about the situation and stated the dog should have already been in her crate since all residents were emailed saying the company was coming today and going into homes. Per the email- as i read it said please crate all animals for the following week if you are not present the time of entry by the sprinkler company. Just a month of that, the same guy stood outside and watched me & my newborn baby walk around the complex with our dog. He then proceeded to approach me and say my dog is responsible for all the dog poop that is around the complex and i need to clean it up. I then let him know our dog does not use the bathroom around the entire complex and we do clean up after her every time and that i would not be cleaning up after other dogs. Once it came time for rent, our account was charged a fee labeled as “ miscellaneous”. we called the office and the lady had informed us that the fee was noted by a maintenance person for letting my dog urinate while walking her. When then let the office know we would not be paying a fee for letting our dog pee outside she said we wouldn’t mind for you to live somewhere else you can break your lease for double rent and a 60 day notice. I would not recommend this complex to anyone with pets or at all. They love to tack on extra fees for more money in their pockets. Rent is not fair priced for the poor conditions of building and how well the apartment are maintained inside and out . We are highly disappointed with this apartment complex & will no longer recommend our friends to move in to here."

Justin and Tim handle maintenance and property issues promptly while Brittney, Sharon and Cheri are all very helpful when needing anything from the office. I enjoy the seasonal and neighborhood type events they are putting on throughout the year!"
