"If I could give 0 stars I would. If you are looking for a low class place to live with outdated kitchens, leaking water, section 8 living then here it is! The young people who live there are very trashy, no sense of common sense as well as not working, loading 3 kids each in a 2 bedroom apartment. A family of 5 living in a 2 bedroom apartment would never fly anywhere else, expect for a section 8 living apartment like Lakeview apartments. Charles Williams Real Estate Investment Corporation rooted out of Rome, Georgia is a very unprofessional group to work with. Michelle Rittenhouse, Freda Frazier, Charlie Williams, Gardner Williams, Drew Forston, Renee Garner all believe in housing young adults who carry guns in this neighborhood around little ones, allow alcoholics and drug addicts to live in this low income, section 8 neighborhood. They live by strict rules but pick and choose who those rules apply to. It’s beyond me. I would never live here EVER in my life. But I know of a few people who have lived here throughout my time living in Canton. This is one of the cheapest apartments to live in Canton, Georgia. Hence you get what you pay for. Heroin needles were found in the kids park. The sidewalks are always muddy, the grass is non-existent due to the water leaks that has messed up the grass around the complex. Most of their properties are in Rome, Georgia but this is one of their main properties in Canton, Georgia. Michelle Rittenhouse is rude, low class, and very ignorant. Drew Forston is an awful person to even work with very unprofessional but praises himself like he is a top priority professional asset to the community as well as Freda Frazier. From being a guest at these apartments has been an awful experience, I couldn’t imagine how it is to actually live there. There are many nice apartments in Canton, Georgia pay the extra couple hundred a month to live a better lifestyle. They let a lot of under the table things slide here and this is not what a “professional” company should portray. The individuals who live in this community are VERY trashy, very low income they prey on the ones who come from a better family background and will ask you for money, food, and items from your home. If you go into the homes of some of the individuals, it is very dirty inside, smells like cigarettes, holes in the walls, and kids drawing on the walls. They have random people walking through the woods to get into Lakeview apartments from other surrounding apartments in the area. Individuals get drunk and run around outside after their “quiet” hours that they set into place, they run around with guns all fighting with one another. They expect you to not use your voice, because the second you do they will team up against you and try to get you out. The Charles Williams team agreed with their words “we do not care about single mothers or their kids”. Videos of proof to show this. But yet they support the mothers who do not work and who are outside gossiping all day walking around with guns, walking around as a threat to the children in the community. They have will kick out a single mother with a children but keep the ones who have two incomes and are taking advantage of the cheap rent. The community is supposed to be for one income for a low income recovering individual. Instead they pile in a whole family to live for cheap while one or two people go to work. Kids run in the road all the time it is very dangerous. Especially because there is a drunkard who living there who blasts music and drives around the neighborhood drunk. The other three young couples all with children under the age of 5 are always fighting with guns involved threatening one another fighting. They don’t look into the issues of these individuals and I don’t think they ever will. Please save yourself the time and money. Go somewhere where you know you and your family are safe and not living the lifestyle of section 8 living. This is very sad for the individuals who come from good homes have to try to adjust to live in this kind of community."

"HORRIBLE place to live . Michelle Rittenhouse (in the office) is extremely unprofessional . I am a single mom with a 5 year old boy and this neighborhood is NOT kid friendly . They confused the neighborhood with Low Income & Senior Living . They watch every thing you do and they do not let you decorate or anything for the Holidays . The “Kids Park” is extremely old and dangerous . I do not recommend living here ."

"I moved into Lakeview Apts in sept of 2019. Shirley, the manager was so kind n helpful.! She has been nothing but caring n kind. Anytime i need something she is right on the ball trying to fix it. I lived in another place for 10 yrs n never got the caring feeling as i have with this kind manager. I would reccommened this place to everyone. It is quiet n i have great neighbors n it is Home to me !!"

"This place is horrible, they are on you about everything. They watch every move you make literally. There is an old lady who sits on her porch and watches you, she's always out there. If there is someone parked out side the will message and asked about it. Complain about everything, hooks on porch, cigarette buts,blinds, pretty much anything. Will demand you fix something and if you don't they will come in your house. Not worth it."
