"I have lived here for 10 years now and love it! Friendly, quiet community. Conveniently close to all shops/ restaurants/ new hospital in Canton. Fair pricing. When I moved in, Bill was the property owner/ manager. He bought the land and built everything with his hands back in the 1980's. A true labor of love.Since then, one of his daughters has taken over property management responsibilities and has really done a fantastic job renovating/ modernizing the units. I know that if I ever have any issues, I can call one of them and my problem will be fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Great value! I will be here for many more years!"
