"The owner and manager of this establishment don't respect the money that people spend in his establishment so I suggest people stop spending money here..our room had bed bugs and we had our daughter we didn't do any complaining and all we did was asked to switch rooms we didn't get no refund or even ask for no refund I go to rent a room this weekend to come to find out that I've been blocked from renting rooms why would I get block when your rooms were disgusting that's just bad business and I will be taking further actions towards this anybody else that wants to spend their money on a great establishment go somewhere else"

"Rooms are renovated and very clean. Bed and pillows very comfortable. The proprerty is located at a traffic light which does make for noisey traffic. Bring your earmuffs. I will continue to use this location."

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Drove 8 hours from Florida with my wife. I called two hours before to make sure my room was still reserved and then when I arrived at 1 AM they told me my room was canceled. They told me that they didn’t have any rooms other rooms similar to the king bedroom I reserved. They offered a twin bed room for my wife and me for the same price. Also the neighborhood is not the safest. Laundry mats and pawn shops all around. Office staff was very rude with no customer service skills. They didn’t apologize once."

"This hotel was meh. The room was damp and musty. It wasn’t very clean. The tray with the coffee making supplies was dirty. There were sticky spots on the table surfaces that hadn’t been wiped down from the last people. There was what appeared to be poo on the wall underneath the toilet paper roll holder. There was what appeared to be a smear of blood on the wall by the bathroom door. There were some splatters of a mysterious liquid on the bathroom door. Some of the towels had some stains on them. The small shampoo bottle provided looked used as it was half empty. I wouldn’t stay here again. With COVID on the rise, cleanliness is key and this hotel was definitely lacking in that department. The breakfast was just sweet muffins, whole fruit, instant oatmeal and grits packets, cereal, milk, juice, coffee."

"We were unsure when we booked this how our experience would be since we usually do not stay in motels. We were pleasantly surprised. The rooms are new and very clean and the staff was very hospitable. The pool was also clean and well kept. Very thankful for such a great experience without having to spend as much!"
