"The community is safe and kid-friendly. Star in the leasing office is amazing with communication and making sure everything in the neighborhood is in order at all times! The maintenance crew is very prompt, professional and timely with requests (and routine maintenance, such as air filter changes without even having to ask like I did at previous properties). The grounds are well-kept and it's been a good experience so far here!"

"I have been a resident here for a total of 3 years. I love the fact that maintenance usually responds in less than 24 hours or almost immediately in the case of emergencies. I am also more than pleased with the upkeep of the property. Many people complain about the staff in the leasing office but usually it's those who don't like to abide by the rules which were agreed upon when their leases were signed. Property management is very Stern and this keeps a lot of drama and destruction away from this property. I have been more than satisfied as a tenant residing at these apartments. I feel safe and secure here when I am using the amenities after hours or simply just exiting my vehicle alone. This property is very quiet and Management is great at notifying residents of any issues which may have occurred, events or maintenance appointments. This property is also at a great location! Close to night life, hospitals, schools and the interstate."
