"Bed uncomfortable and those pillows need to be cleaned or replaced. Also other guests smoking in room that smoke smell awful. Carpet cleaner or fresh up They have a musty smell. Other than it's okay."

"I stay here often , never really any major issues besides the rooms can smell a bit dank and its beginning to show its interior age they host a lot of highway workers and truckers here so families beware , i got really sick with a respiratory issue my last stay because my rooms a/c unit was filthy and clogged with dust and the room retained a lot of moisture and smelled of mildew and stale feet , also you can't ever use your IHG rewards at this location . Wish these hotels would opt for the indoor pools during construction. But hey , you can't have it all these days . Consider yourself informed ..great location to restaurants and bars ect !"

"I stayed here the weekend of Labor day and I didn't have any expectations due to previous reviews I've read. I will say that customer service is top notch, Emily was great during our stay and made things as easy as possible especially because it was a hectic weekend. We stayed on the forth floor and the rooms were OK but it was humid due to lack of ventilation. There was no air vent in the bathroom and the drains backed up pretty quickly so I felt like my feet were taking a bath while I showered, not pleasant. I did enjoy all the Dove products so kudos for that. The breakfast is not super glamourous but there is a Waffle House, Cracker Barrels across the street that you can easily walk to along with several restaurants that are all within 5 minutes of the hotel so it's located pretty centrally to things. There was a shopping center that had a Walmart and Sams Club behind the hotel so it was easy to grab and go. The hotel room came with a fridge and microwave in the room so it was very convenient. It's not luxury by any means but it was good to get a good nights sleep, as it was pretty quiet on our floor and just hang out for a couple of days."
