"New management is doing a great job, the complex is quiet, clean and affordable for now. I recommend taking a tour. I wish they would do something with the tennis court maybe use the space for a neighborhood garden or replace the car wash they used to have. Maybe consider valet trash services so the compacter can be used properly. Consider upgrading the older apartments. Overall a very decent place to live."

"The new management company at Brook Valley Apartments is outstanding. They actually care about how the apartment residents feel. They’re quick to handle maintenance requests (although if the contractor screws it up worse—still waiting for that to get fixed). The community director is a great guy who really seems to care about the residents. They have already done more community-centered activities than I’ve ever seen, with plans for a really fun October! The apartments are 30 years old—they’re working with what they’ve got, and rent is stupid high (but that’s everywhere), but there are more perks than drawbacks to this place, most assuredly."
