"I’ve been here for about 4 months. Things were great for the first 2-3 weeks and then we started having issues. They started charging extra fees for the trash they don’t pick up half of the time & they let it get so gross by the dumpster where you can’t dump anymore. They have went up on things and this includes things they charge a fee to take care of but don’t… I don’t think I’ll be resigning my lease. Also the wrecker man that comes thru every nights snags legally parked vehicles for a quick buck and repos vehicles that aren’t late on their car payments so if you’ve got a temp tag or something don’t park it in this parking lot. The complex itself isn’t very secure and neither is the parking lot. I’m very unsatisfied with this $1600 apartment and the way the office overcharges for things that aren’t taken care of for example the trash they charge $25 extra to take care of but do not. Maintenance men here are super sweet and kind however since moving in my outlet on my patio doesn’t work, my garbage disposal has been messed up since we moved in, the plumbing here sucks oh but we have great temperatures hot water, Multiple neighbors fight.. A LOT at all hrs of the night. I had to give one of my pups up for being on the breed restrictions lists and I’m a vet tech there are several Pitbulls in the complex which is unfair because I had to give mine up due to the breed restrictions but the office has let these people have their Pitbulls and not say anything about them to them.. I can pay 1600 somewhere else for way nicer apartment and community. I had better expectations for this place but I’m realizing now that I should’ve shopped around some more instead of being price gouged for EVERYTHING."

"I arrived at Stewart’s Mill around 5:33pm. Knowing I’m too late to do a tour but hoping I can at least get some information about their criteria. Office is pitch black, doors are locked when the website clearly says their office hours are until 6. Their sign outside that has the operating are covered up. I decided to the drive around the property anyway. After I got past the first building, I knew immediately I would never live here. There is trash in the breezeway. Instead of people walking their trash to the dumpster they leave it next to their door & wait on valet. But as I past the dumpster the dumpster is overfilled, so that’s why they wont take it the dumpster. Unacceptable!"

"I’ve looked over Maintenance Reports Submitted by Ms.Mailyn Benjamin that is not True There has been Several Problems in my Apartment with my dishwasher, Heating and Cooling, infestation of Pests!!!!!That Has NOT been Resolved. I Don’t Understand How She Is Operating these units With a Total Disregard for It’s Residents. Had I Looked Over the Complaint’s From others..I would Have Never rented Here!!! She Presented Herself As A Problem From Day 1…And Continues to Be A Non Professional .. Not An Asset to The Community at All !!! I’ve Gotten Visits Every Week for the Pass Few Months 8 plus With No Results………Feeling Harassed!!!!!!!! pictures of All Repairs Not Taken Care Of the Shower is not Glazed properly and Has been pealing since day 1, The Work on the patio and the Door Plate that was supposed to Be replaced right after I Moved in!!!!!!!!!!"
