"We stay here when wanting a getaway still. Very comfortable and great staff. Stayed 3mths as a tree fell in our house. We left right before Covid19 which everything was clean and well taken care of, I'm sure they had no problems. I recommend my family here when they stop by me. Close to restaurants and shopping."
"Great place love the rooms. Very quiet and always have a great breakfast. Location is great right off of I-20 right next to Walmart and Zaxby's and cracker barrel all within walking distance."
"Late night check in. Front desk was friendly. Door handle to the room did not operate properly and made entry difficult. Pocket door to bathroom also did not operate properly. The plug sockets were very loose and need replacing took forever to find a plug that worked to charge our devices. As a chain I expected more. There breakfast on the other hand was your standard grab and go with waffles. The rooms and lobby areas were all clean."
"I was there for one week , I had a bad experience with a guy at the front desk he was so rude to me because I took a plastic fork from the breakfast area he started yelling at me for a simple fork, I was thinking about staying there the whole month but after that I just decided to leave it. Also everyday I was having breakfast at 6 am before work , Friday I went to the same hour as usual The breakfast room was not ready, the guy told me we serve breakfast until 6:30 , I was like why are you lying to me I've been taking my breakfast every morning at 6:00 am."
"Currently still our stay at this hotel. It is very comfortable to stay here. Room is pleasant. Hotel is clean. Very nice hotel for the price. Breakfast included. Service people are friendly and hard workers. Front desk is professional and helpful. Nice safe location, off I-20, and by shopping center."
