"Front desk lady is extremely rude and disrespectful upper management had the same attitude. Denied me a room for my dog and said it was against policy but another guest was staying in the same building with a dog. Bathroom full of mold and rooms were infested with roaches. Cigarette burns all over counters and tub. Rooms smelled of old basement. I was checked into a room harassed by the lady at the front desk and was forced to cancel reservation while it was raining. Some of the guest feeds the stray cats so it’s cats on property and they come up to your door begging for food. Housekeepers drags a cart back and forth 2 hrs before checkout or room service so your sleep is disturbed if you don’t have to leave. I asked for new sheets the housekeeper asked me to make my own bed. I can go on and on and on but people spend money here it’s not free TREAT PEOPLE HOW YOU WANT TO BE TREATED. They also gave someone who wasn’t listed as a guest a key to my room without my permission."

"The price was good but you get what you pay for. I am writing this at 2 a.m., after discovering several roachs in my room. This seems to be a theme at this location."

"I had booked a room for two nights and left the same day I checked in. Upon arriving, I had opened the microwave to heat up my food and there was a big roach in there. It crawled out and ran behind the dresser. I then went to use the restroom and there was another roach in the bathroom. I called front desk that morning to let them know about the situation and they sent someone out to spray. Well around 6p, I seen two baby roaches in the bathroom and then two more big ones near the tv. Open the microwave again and 3 roaches was just chilling. I swiftly got all of my things, took pictures and let the person at the front know. He only asked me if they were bed bugs and I said no, they're roaches. He didn't offer any refund or anything to change the situation. You charging people to stay in roach infested rooms and that's not right. I at least should be refunded one night stay due to me leaving and finding something else."

"I've been staying here for 3 or 4 nights every month for the last 4 years.. It's been convenient because of truck parking and pet friendly.. I've literally spent thousands of dollars here.. I'm done with this place.. They jerk me around on the price, changing it almost every visit, and today when my girlfriend brought her dog, they wasted no time calling to say I have to pay for that additional dog.. I'm going to find truck parking somewhere else, and take my dog and business somewhere else.. Somewhere else will get my $3000 to $4000 a year!"

"Roaches, roaches, roaches, oh and did i mention ROACHES! I didn’t even bother to complain. Resting after an injury and too hurt to move. Plus i mean you know you have roaches. Why are you selling rooms you know have roaches in it? Everything else was fine minus the air conditioner in 109 that sounds like a crate motor out of a old Chevy. Yuck! The bugs were my only real issue but it makes the entire thing intolerable! Do better! Staff was cool. But again…ROACHES!"
