"I lived here previously and left due to poor management. I still have family that resides here and after hearing about the new management I decided to come back and give Wildwood another shot. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED IF YOU MOVE HERE!!! Madison, the property manager was so sweet and very knowledgeable about the community. She is the reason I ultimately decided to lease again. She helped me every step of the way and even called me with updates on my application process and the progress of the apartment. She showed me all of the amenities and told me and my family about all of the fun resident activities she and her staff have planned and participated in. Since I moved in the leasing staff has gone above and beyond to help me in any little questions I have had. The maintenance man even came and helped me hang curtains to make sure I placed them correctly! The team gets a 100 in my book. My apartment was updated, clean and cozy. Everything I was told and shown was exactly what my apartment looked like. The pricing for this live in masterpiece is top shelf! If you are looking, DO NOT LOOK ANYMORE. Rent here and be my new neighbor!! :)"

"Do not recommend!! Me and my boyfriend moved in last year around August and when we first moved in our refrigerator didn’t work and it took them a month and a half to even come look at it and then a week to get a new one. They charge you insanely too much for random utilities and when asked if they do split payments they said yes but as soon as we signed the lease you had to get approved for it. We also had fleas from previous owners and claw and bite marks throughout the whole apartment from the previous owners but when you try to call you can rarely get a call back. So we ended up having to fix another owners mess so we wouldn’t get charged for it."

"My experience with this company, since living here at property for 1year an half we have had multiple problems. Management (Stephanie) fail to communicate on multiple occasions like receiving packages in a timely manner and maintain requests for non functioning A/C unit. Be ware if moving to this location of all unseen issues."

"I appreciate everything around Wildwood Glen; it has truly been a blessing. Things have changed around here. We have new management, and they are awesome. They will work with you when your in a tight spot not able to pay your rent. It's all about communication when you communicate with someone who receives your monthly rent. You have to be pacific, on what day you can pay your rent.We all have fallen on hard times maybe your kid gotten sick, or you had to take medical leave ,or you gotten fired so just communicate ,a close mouth don’t get help use your words.Your word is your bond, and we, as adults, must remember that. "Exceptional staff and decent sized apartments. The complaints about rent being too high are inconsequential as rent is high overall across the country. I do find that these apartments are priced fairly for the space, amenities, and friendly staff. Additionally, my family is biracial, and in our personal experience , have not had any prejudice/racial issues nor tension with the office staff or ground maintenance. While that may have been the unfortunate experience with past property managers, Madison, the new manager in the office, has been exceptional in helping us with the move in transition and her assistants have always been friendly and willing to answer all questions. My family and I have enjoyed our lease so far, and as of now plan to renew when the time comes."
