"My in-laws have lived here for about 10 years. Good sized bedrooms, kitchen & living to be an apartment. Quiet area with good people. Also, rodwell properties fixes things unlike some landlords."
"Only positive thing I can say really is that the area where we lived was reasonably quite most of the time. However, when we saw a tent out in the vacant field next to the complex, we made inquiries and found out that there is apparently a homeless camp living around and/or behind the complex.This made us feel unsafe, and if we weren't already getting ready to move to a home we'd purchased, that issue alone would have definitely caused us to leave. We heard about issues with drug activity and car thefts. There are also quite a few unleashed dogs allowed to run loose around the complex, sometimes following and barking at people when they walk by. I wouldn't want to raise children there. I have other complaints as well, but these are the worst of it. I wouldn't recommend these apartments."
