"People walking around with guns. The guy that lived below my mom was always smoking weed and drinking. Argued with his girlfriend all hours of the night. Someone was shot and killed in the building next to hers. Management was horrible. Rent went up every time she got a raise in her ssi check. Just trash!"

"The place is terrible, the management and maintenance are lazy and rude. My family stayed here for years and dealt with lies and discrimination directly from theanagement team as well as unnoticed visits to the apartment by their staff. Shoddy repairs to the plumbing and slow to no reaction speed when it came to repairs. When we moved in the shower was broken for a year before they came to fix it, they replaced the kitchen sink with a leaky one. Also made us get rid of my brothers service dog only to move someone in right next door with a dog only mo the later. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE"
