"This weekend me and my fiancé went apartment hunting. We made appointment here and we got here 20 minutes early and we come in to let them know. The women was so rude she made a comment about how early we were and how she was about to eat lunch. After that she asked if we had pet and we replied yes she asked what kind and we said small/medium shelter mix breeds. She told us that if they had any bit of their breed restrictions in them they would not be allowed to live here. We knew that coming in however she acted as if she did not want to tour us because of our mix breed dogs. So after being treated so terribly we left without a tour because of how awful the service was. This place says they are pet friendly but I can assure you they are not."

"This complex has gone down hill since we moved here this summer. New owners took over. This trash compactor has been broken for over a month and their solution was to bring this dumpster. However look at this! This has been consistently overflowing before they even empty it out. The complex is over run with stray cats which they say they can do nothing about. With this garbage there will be even more cats and probably rats and other animals. Ridiculous!"

"If I could give zero stars I would… my husband and I set up a tour to view a 3 bedroom apartment that was listed as newly renovated on the website. Upon arriving we met with Melanie but her disposition wasn’t pleasant at all. She informed us that there was one unit available but not renovated and wasn’t able to be seen. When asked to see an alternative she gave attitude and nasty gestures and an approach I wasn’t comfortable with. She seemed very prejudiced towards two young professionals of color . She didn’t make us feel welcomed with even touring so honestly these reviews that I’ve read about the facility is false. This Management company needs to have a better person representing them."

"Hickory Falls is beyond nice in all ways! From the beginning their leasing agents were incredible. Dana found me a unit available less than a month after my requested move in date the day I came in. She walked me through my application process and got back to me about my approval status in less than a week from applying. Genuinely the quickest, easiest and most enjoyable application and move in process I have ever been through. On top of the incredibly helpful and polite staff the complex is nice, clean, and gated. There are plenty of amenities for my little ones and I don’t have to go through the trouble of loading them up and going from the pool to the park. It’s right outside our door! The rooms are spacious, the balcony is gorgeous. My little family and I could not be happier. I definitely recommend Hickory Falls to anyone apartment shopping!"
