"Smell was horrible nauseating staff was extremely rude BESIDES the Caucasian gentlemen that sits at the front desk. stains on the walls air didn't work well kept the same tiolet paper on the roll from the previous stay. breakfast is stale cereal construction noise all day rooms are not discounted as advertised surrounding hotels are the same price better quality"

"This was the motel from H$LL. My daughter, her 12 month old and I rent a double queen for one night overstay. Our stay was a nightmare. 1.The room had roaches. 2. the water was cut off at midnight to checkout time because of construction next door; we couldn't flush the toilet, nor shower. The electricity was cut off for 10 hours the previous day according to other customers due to construction. 3.the room floors was filthy; 4.the staff didn't informed us nor gave a courtesy call or notice that they were experiencing power failure and water outages when we check in. The staff wasn't helpful at all. 5. The police was constantly patrolling the property which is red flag. When we were about to settle in our room and we heard someone beating hard on the door next to our room. It was the police announced himself to the neighbor to open up the door. We were scared to go out because we didn't know what was going to happen. In all my travels and staying in hotels, I have never ever experienced the inconvenience and the lack of care and concern that Wyndham have for their customers. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I wished that I had read the reviews first because this would have been avoided altogether."

"I've stayed here frequently over the years and never had a problem till last night. My ANNIVERSARY mind you. Had some methhead stalk me and my husband all night; knocked on our door several times, would just be standing at our door when we would come out, and would just stand at the end off the hallway watching us as we would go to leave. Night shift front desk was absolutely no help, he ended up refunding the dude who was stalking us and then basically forced us to stay and just switch rooms. I have never in my life felt so threatened staying somewhere. Front desk should've noticed him knocking and leering around peoples doors long before anything was said and then for the money to be refunded to the person who was stalking us is absolutely ridiculous."

"I was charged with smoking and none of us smoke. The tub was also filthy and had black hairs all in it. I couldn’t get it cleaned or a new room. I feel like me complaining got me charged the extra fifty.Its a money thing with the deposit because the whole floor smells like smoke. Hope you going to argue with a customer when your customer knows if they smoke or not. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a dog!"

"Please stay away from this hotel and never visited ever not even if it’s the only place in town please drive miles away and find somewhere else. This place and the staff are at nightmare from Hill and realistically it’s only the heavyset black man that is the issue as the heavier set black woman seem to escalate the situation, or wanted to as she appeared And the older white male that is normally there is the kindest and sweetest gentleman that I’ve ever dealt with, but the fact that you will have to deal with that overweight blackmail that works there and this is coming from a blackmail himself. I would never advise anyone to stay there reply on here is a lie and I have proof of the entire situation. The curtains in the room were broken and the person at the front desk. Who is the overweight, black male who works there and lives there called me with an attitude, telling me that his manager said I could not have things in the window when I explained to him. Oh, well, I’m sorry the only reason they were. There were because the blinds or curtains are not closing all the way and so people can see into my room I can see out and there’s no darkness With the lighting. I then asked him could you please have his manager come fix the screws on the window so I could close them so I wouldn’t have to do that anymore and he told me that I can just check out and I said excuse me, and he hung up in my face . I’ve been went up front to see if we had a misunderstanding and maybe he Felt that he misunderstood my context and so I tried to re-explain my context to him but he was not interested in hearing that instead insulted me by calling me a mole, cop, and a Rent-A-Car because I am a bounty hunter and I had on my bounty hunter vest with my side arm he then began to call the police and have the police criminal trespass me from the property. Keep in mind I am disabled and I suffer from mixed connective tissue disease and lupus SLE. I also just had a heart attack one week ago and suffer from cardiomyopathy, so I have to move very slowly and intentionally and , not allow anxiety to get my heart rate up, which is exactly what he was doing. So as I approach him, I was recording the entire interaction. When the police arrived, they decided to go with the criminal trespass because he lied and told them that he was the manager when he is in fact, not the manager so now, instead of a five nights stay, I only had a 2 1/half nights day, and they kept my money.the situation should’ve been de-escalate as I repeatedly tried to de-escalate the situation with him, but he was not interested in doing so, and instead was interested in aggravating the situation while finding it humorous and making threatening gestures in motion towards me in order to get me to react, but I would not fall for it. I would never suggest anyone ever stay here and I mean that I don’t care how quiet you think you are a nice you think you are."
